Okay kids I think its time for an update in here since it's been forever and since I actually have stuff to talk about.

For those who haven't heard, I'm going to be moving soon. Probably sometime in late May, early June. I'm moving in with my friend Justin, you guys know him from Rocky as Justin 2.0. I've been spending a lot of time over here and now this place feels more like home than my actual home does. Oh, and Justin and I are pretty close...pretty damn close. Okay so we're more than friends, but can you tell me you didn't see that coming?

Kitty we miss you already! You and Shannon both need to get back out here asap! We'll have little parties here at the apartment and they'll be cool cuz our whole pack will be together!

~sigh~ The play is over and now things can go back to normal, if you ever could have called them that. Seriously though, I'm gonna miss those guys...I've only known them for 2 weeks but I became a part of that group and now we're all going our seperate ways. Kinda like being in high school all over again. I did make a deal with the director though that I would come back for the next play and help out again. So I will see some of them again.

The rest of the weekend has been pretty good...the Gay Pride parade was awesome, I had a great time. Lots of eye candy, unfortunately it was mostly gay guys. Rocky was alright, not as fun as usual cuz Ian wasn't there and neither was Little Matt. And as if that wasn't bad enough, I missed my part where I chase Rocky.

I'm still off today, so I'm using it to get ready for the week...I feel like I've had a proper break now so I'm ready to go back to work tomorrow. I do have to go back to the school and take pictures of the set though, but that's not till later.

Yeah so it's been forever since I've been on here...the last two weeks have kept me too busy to do anything. I've been helping Sheena with a play she's doing at school. At first I was just supposed to be painting someone's costume, then it turned into painting the sets. So I have been there every day for the last two weeks, from the time I get off work until like 10 or 11 at night. I'm EXHAUSTED. I actually called in sick today because I woke up and was like, you know what, I can't do this today. I don't want to be there, I want to stay home. My rats have been neglected, my goldfish needs his bowl cleaned, I haven't done anything with my own artwork because I haven't had the time. I figure, hey, I've worked at the dollar store since October and not once have I called in sick or missed a day. So I should be okay. Well, then my boss got mad when I called in and told her why I couldn't come in, she said work comes first and me being tired isn't an excuse. That pissed me off...I have a life outside of work, and I think it's really sucky to get pissed off at me for calling in ONE day when everyone else does it all the time. But whatever, I'm tired of being reliable...it's killing me. Today I'm getting some shit done for myself. Plus I have a really busy weekend ahead of me, what with the play going on the next 4 nights and I have to be there for all of them, and Gay Pride is on Saturday and I'm marching...so yeah, I need today to recover and get ready for all that. I'll be off for 5 days then, so the way I see it I'm getting a much-needed vacation. But I'll still be getting things done.

I'm so happy my sister is coming out tomorrow! Yay!!!

Things have been kinda crazy here at my house this week cuz we've had some guests, including two small children. To say the least, I've spent a lot of time hiding out in my room, I mean more than usual.

So she's gonna be here tomorrow, I'm going to see if she wants to go to Rocky again so she can see me perform, but I don't know if she will because we're supposed to be going to Ren Faire on Sunday, and if she's up all night she might be too tired to enjoy it.

I'm going flying tonight, with Jeff, Sheena and Josh...Jeff needed some practice so he invited us to come fly with him. It should be fun, at least I'll get outta the house.

Shannon when are you guys coming home? I sent you a letter which I think you should have by now. You need to come back to Phoenix our little pack keeps getting smaller and smaller.

Okay I think I've figured out how to deal with all this stress caused by guys...I'm going back into my "I'm single and I'm happy that way" mode. I'm going to focus on my art for a while, and if guys start trying to butt in again I'm just gonna ignore it. They cause too many problems.

In other news, I think I'm finally making a name for myself at Rocky... Dawn is going to help me get into some of the comic cons so I can show my work to more people, plus I get to do some more stuff just for Rocky. Ezra asked me to do something for his book but then when he found out it was gonna cost him he changed his mind. Ah well, they're gonna have to learn I don't work for free anymore, I can't afford it.

So that's my life for now...keeping my fingers crossed that I get this Saturday off so I can go to Renaissance Faire again.
